Welcome to the Shirley Health Partnership!
Both Grove Medical Practice and Regent's Park Surgery have moved into the Shirley Health Centre as of 16th January 2017. The intention is to bring in enhanced services in the long term for all our patients; with change, there may be a few hiccups with our transition. We ask for your patience and understanding. Thank you.
Please leave us feedback in our Friends & Family Test - you can find it under the "Have Your Say" tab on the top right or by clicking here.

If you require urgent medical advice which does not need 999 assistance during these times, please dial 07771104038 to access our duty team. This change has been made to allow our Reception team to catch up on essential administrative processes such as the preparation of your prescriptions.
Repeat Prescription Update
We require 72 hours notice for a repeat and non-urgent hospital prescriptions, received before 10.00 am daily. Please allow for extra time for weekends and Bank Holidays.
We have chosen to extend our turnaround from 48 to 72 hours to improve patient safety. This now allows your own Registered GP to sign your repeat prescriptions, as not all our Doctors work every day. Please also allow an additional 48 hours for your Chemist to dispense the medication.
Please note the reception prescription desk closes at 6.00 pm daily.

We are changing the way patients order prescriptions electronically.
If you already have online access to book appointments via the NHS App, you can be set-up to order prescriptions the same way. If you do not already have online access via the NHS App, please sign up to the new NHS app. You will need to download this to either a smartphone or tablet then you can complete the registration process quickly and easily. Once registered, this will then give you access to book appointments and request your repeat medication online through the app.
The website service to order repeat prescriptions is being withdrawn on 14th October 2019. You will then only be able to order repeat prescriptions on-line via the NHS App.
